Dear Wendy;
I have just finished reading your thesis. I saw your exhibit yesterday, having, as I am sure you realize by this time, been sick on the day when we were to meet there.
I am sorry that we have not so met in person so I could tell you face to face that I t hink your exhir it is distinguished. Distinguished as much by your honest search the most difficult search of all as by your painfully direct hand. I congratulate you and wish you a continuation of that search and all that it brings to life.
With best regards,
Sincerely,
Anne Truitt
